This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to comply with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), Canada's federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) where it applies, and Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL).
What we collect
Only what you send us through a form on this site: your name, whichever contact details you choose to give (a phone number or an email address — one is enough), optionally a note about your situation, and technical details about the page the request came from. We do not require you to provide both a phone number and an email address.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request and explain your options, and — only if you tick the consent box — to send you occasional related information. We record whether you gave that consent, and when.
Who we share it with
If helping you means connecting you with a licensed real-estate professional, we share what is necessary for them to assist you, and we will make it clear when that happens. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not distribute it to lists of investors or buyers.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent at any time and we will stop. Every message we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also reply to any message asking us to stop. Withdrawing consent for marketing does not prevent us replying to a request you have made.
Access, correction and retention
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We keep enquiry records only as long as needed for the purpose above and for our legal obligations.
